How does the booking process work?
  • Send us your wishlist or enquiry — we’ll get back to you within 24 hours (usually much sooner!).

  • A 25% deposit secures your booking with us. This deposit is non-refundable, but we’re happy to move your date if needed (subject to availability).
    Prefer to spread the cost? We offer an interest-free payment plan: just 10% deposit, followed by equal monthly payments.

  • Changes? No problem. You can make updates anytime. Final guest numbers and styling details are confirmed 6 weeks before your big day.

  • Our team will arrive on the morning of your wedding or event to set everything up beautifully.
    We’ll return either that evening or the next morning to collect everything.
    We don’t stay onsite during your event — but if you need a turnaround (e.g., ceremony to reception), we can arrange this for an additional fee.
    Alternatively, your venue team or groomsmen are welcome to move items — our designs are made to be easily repositioned. You can view our full terms and conditions here.
