A 25% deposit secures your booking with us. This deposit is non-refundable, but we’re happy to move your date if needed (subject to availability).
Prefer to spread the cost? We offer an interest-free payment plan: just 10% deposit, followed by equal monthly payments. -
Changes? No problem. You can make updates anytime. Final guest numbers and styling details are confirmed 6 weeks before your big day.

Our team will arrive on the morning of your wedding or event to set everything up beautifully.
We’ll return either that evening or the next morning to collect everything.
We don’t stay onsite during your event — but if you need a turnaround (e.g., ceremony to reception), we can arrange this for an additional fee.
